Orders & delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. Every product ships to every pincode in India.
How much is delivery?
Free above ₹999, or above ₹499 for ERB Circle members. Below that, ₹40 in Delhi NCR and ₹99 elsewhere, shown before you pay.
How fast is delivery?
Orders usually arrive in 4 to 5 days anywhere in India, with tracking on WhatsApp.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available across India with a small fee shown at checkout. UPI, cards and net banking are free.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
Dry groceries can be returned within 7 days if incorrect, defective, expired or damaged in transit, unused and in original packaging. Glass-packed items: tell us within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
How long do refunds take?
7 to 10 working days after approval, to your original payment method. COD refunds go by UPI or bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. WhatsApp us your order number.
Products & quality
Are your products certified organic?
We grow on our own farms in Uttar Pradesh without synthetic fertiliser, urea or pesticides, and buy from certified organic and natural farmers. Lab reports are on our lab reports folder.
Why does unpolished daal look dull?
Because nothing has been added to make it shine. Matte and slightly uneven is how daal really looks.
How should I store flours and daals?
Airtight, in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate in humid months; there are no preservatives.

Does free delivery above ₹499 apply to everything?
Yes. Once your basket crosses ₹499, delivery is free for members on every product, anywhere in India.
What if my order is below ₹499?
A small delivery fee applies: ₹40 in Delhi NCR and ₹99 elsewhere, shown before you pay.
How does the extra 3% off work?
Members get an extra 3% off on every order, applied automatically at checkout.
When do I get free samples?
Members get premium samples automatically once the basket crosses ₹999. For everyone else, it's ₹1,500.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable, so choose the plan that fits how often you order. We'll remind you on WhatsApp 7 days before it ends.
