How to Use / Recipe Ideas

• Porridge: Add 2 tbsp (approx. 30g) of powder to a clean vessel.

• Add 100ml of water or milk and mix well to remove lumps.

• Cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

• Feed warm to your baby.

• Sweet Treat: Add a little jaggery or date powder to the porridge for a naturally sweet meal.

• Savory Meal: Mix with warm water and a pinch of ghee or mild spices (as per age) for a savory twist.
