How to Use / Recipe Ideas

• Boil chickpeas until soft. Heat oil and ghee, add cumin, garlic, ginger and onions, and sauté until golden.

• Add green chillies, coriander stems, and Avadata Chana Masala; stir in turmeric, chilli powder, and tomato puree/curd.

• Mix in chickpeas, add water, cover, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

• Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bhaturas or rice.

• Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container.

Storage Store in a cool, dry place. Always use only a dry spoon. Best before 12 months from packing.
