Nutrition Fact: Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fibre, magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, Vitamin B & E, iron and various beneficial antioxidants.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Soak quinoa overnightin at least twice as much water. Add a tablespoon of lemon or apple cider vinegar. Rinse off the grains in the morning, and then cook it as like poha or daliya.
