Description

One kg of ERB Multigrain Atta contains 50% of Jau, Chana, Bajra, Makka, Ragi and Methi Dana (Fenugreek seed) Powder; and the rest is wheat to provide a base for the dough. Grains have many health benefits like the high content of complex carbohydrates.

A very healthy combination of complex carbohydrates, highly nutritious and high fibre food, Multigrain Atta is the best source for Calcium and minerals. Furthermore, grains are particularly high in B Vitamins. These are specifically important for the body processes that generate energy. How to store: It is advised to consume the flour within 15 – 20 days of milling, else its nutrition value depletes. In the absence of any chemical treatment, organically grown flour is prone to catch worms. So, buy in small quantities and consume it in time.
