Source – ERB Lemon is grown by PGS Farmers in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. It is available round the year, although the size of lemons may reduce at the time of new fruiting.

Use and Storage – Full of juice, fragrance and taste, ERB Lemons stand apart from the rest. Fresh lemons normally have a shelf life of upto 6 days in refrigerated conditions.

For storage during summer months, keep the lemons wrapped in a moist cloth in refrigerated conditions. During winter times keeping them in room temperature is good enough. Do not get worried if they turn slightly dull or brownish in appearance, they are still full of juice, in fact a bit more and just perfect to consume.
