Description

Kapli (Khapli) Wheat or Emmer Wheat is an ancient form of wheat, which is a low gluten grain and perfect for diabetics as it lowers blood sugar levels. Food historians estimate that the Emmer wheat has been cultivated 10,000 years ago. The low blood sugar levels are achieved due to the slow digestion of the carbohydrates. It is rich in fibre, protein and and fat. Because it is rich in fibre, it keeps you full for a longer time, which will help with weight loss. It is also rich in iron, which is especially important for pregnant women to have a healthy baby.

Dry Fruits give these laddoos the natural sweetness to make it so delicious. With desiccated coconuts you get the fresh and slightly nutty taste you need. It has all the amazing nutritients a fresh coconut has. It is high in fat but very low in sodium and cholesterol.
