Description

Little Millet Idli Rava can be used to make Idlis or sweets (halwa). To make Millet Rava one mills the whole grain millet without its husk.

Fun Fact: In the Indus Valley Civilisation Little Millet was the most grown millet. In excavations, more than 10,000 grains were found in Harappa. The Little Millet production peaked at around 2600 BC.
