Ingredients: Kodo Millet Flour, Fortified Wheat Flour, Cold Pressed Til Oil (also knows as Ghanuka Oil in Telugu language), Salt and Purified Water.
Tastemaker Masala: It contains Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Ginger, Salt and other spices.
Method to Cook: Boil 180 gms Kodo Noodles in 1 litre of water for 3 minutes. Drain water and keep the noodles aside. In a Kadhai (Frying pan), add some oil and fry your choice of veggies, sauté them for sometime and add the Tastemaker to it. Mix thoroughly and add the boiled noodles to it. Stir to mix properly. Your Kodo noodles are ready to eat.
