ERB’s Jaggery is made from organically grown sugarcane. To make Jaggery one concentrates sugarcane juice and heats it up to 200°C. Afterwards, let it harden to blocks. Because jaggery is unrefined, it keeps all its healthy nutrients. The nutrients in Jaggery can improve your immune system and regulate body temperature. Furthermore, they enrich the skin, improve digestion and cure joint pain. It contains many antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium.
