Ground Nut oil is high in unsaturated fats, especially monounsaturated fat. It is also a source of vitamin E and phytosterols, which benefit heart-health. Ground Nut Oil has high smoke point, which is fit for Indian cooking methods like deep frying, sauté etc.
How to use: Use it as a cooking medium, apply it as hair oil and for skin massage. Its anti-microbial properties can also be useful with things like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and staph infections. Using same oil for repeated frying is very unhealthy.
