How to make:
Step 1: Mix 1 pack of Bajari Dosa Mix with a buttermilk made from 1/2 cup of curd and 1 cup of water into a smooth batter. Remove the lumps. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Add extra water if needed to adjust the batter consistency.
Step 2: Add freshly chopped coriander/ curry leaves for enhanced aroma. Add salt as per taste.
Step 3: Warm a flat cast iron pan or any tava of your choice to medium heat. Add ghee or oil to the pan. Pur the batter on to the heated pan into any shape you like! Cook well on both sides. Have patience! Super grains don’t cook as fast as refined flour.
Step 4: Serve hot with chutneys of your choice and curd, or with sambar or vegetables to have a wholesome traditional South Indian meal.
