Our Desi Cow (A2) Ghee is made from indigenous variety of cow, namely Sahiwal and Kankrej. Cream of milk is separated and cooked on slow flame to get maximum nutritional benefit of Ghee.
Nutrition Fact: Pure desi ghee contains plenty of Omega-3 fatty acids along with Vitamin A. Its saturated fats give it a high heating point and therefore it is very healthy for Indian cooking. Its well established in Ayurveda that consuming cow ghee in adequate quantity boosts memory, metabolism, keeps bone joints strong and good for skin and hair too.
How to store: It is advised to store Desi Cow Ghee in airtight container of steel or glass. Although Desi Ghee has very long shelf life, it is good to consume it within 6 months of preparation.
