Use and Storage – Since this capsicum is naturally grown it is pure, high on aroma and taste and full of nutrition. Eat it raw as salad, in sandwich filling, as mixed vegetable dish, stuffed with boiled and mashed potatoes.
Shelf Life of this Capsicum is upto 2 days outside refrigerator during winter season. You may keep it in refrigerator wrapped in a cotton bag for longer life.
