ERB’s Jaggery is made from organically grown sugarcane. To make Jaggery one concentrates sugarcane juice and heats it up to 200°C. Afterwards, let it harden to blocks. Because jaggery is unrefined and not bleached, it keeps all its healthy nutrients. The nutrients in Jaggery can improve your immune system and regulate body temperature. Furthermore, they enrich the skin, improve digestion and cure joint pain. It contains many antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium. These minerals help prevent free radicals, which are responsible for early ageing.
Jaggery Powder is the powdered version of the jaggery blocks. It is great as a substitute for white or other sugar. Put it into your tea or coffee, your daliya in the morning or cakes.
