How to use: Eat them as side dish, add them to Sambhar or Sindhi Kadhi, blanch them and make Bharta or just fry and eat as snacks.
How to store: Can be stored in open for 2 – 3 days or in refrigerator for longer duration. It may shrivel due to water loss but that does not affect its taste and quality.
