We make our oil by cold pressing black mustard seeds and naturally contains omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids which has many health benefits.
Our Black Mustard oil can easily substitute for industrial oils and even adds a unique taste. It is even healthier!
Unlike the industrial Mustard Oil, we don’t add onion or chilli seeds in the production process. This leads to a neutral and less pungent taste, which gets boosted further by the organic ingredients.
Our Mustard grows without synthetic Pesticides and without synthetic GMOs. Furthermore organic Black Mustard Oil is Cholesterol and trans fats free. This is beneficial in reducing the risk of cardio-vascular disease. In addition it is a great source of antioxidants and has strong microbial properties. This helps your body to fight against heart diseases and cancer.
Due to its high smoke point the oil is great for high temperature cooking. Like deep frying your parathas! In contrast oils with lower smoke points would change the taste. It could even produce harmful compounds.
